Protobuf Viewer is a tool to view the google protobuf encoded message.
You don't need a proto file, ProtobufViewer auto detects the possible scalar type for you.
You can also change the scalar type on the fly.
Protobuf Viewer also support parsing incomplete protobuf messages.
