CTC-Go is a mobile application used by health plan members and drivers to coordinate healthcare transportation. CTC-Go allows health plan members to review upcoming or past reservations, rate their ride, contact our call center, cancel an existing reservation, and to schedule a new reservation. Our intuitive platform is easy to use and reliable. CTC-Go may only be used by authorized users through participating health plans.
