Improve practice flow and patient experience using the eClipboard app from Open Dental Software.

The app provides a self-service option for patients to check-in and complete patient forms on a device provided by your practice. 

Patient self-check-in
+ Patients identify themselves by name, birth date, and appointment time
+ Patient appointment status is updated to "Arrived" and patients are moved into the virtual waiting room within Open Dental

Patient forms
+ Patient forms are generated and sent to the device once a patient has confirmed their identity and appointment time
+ Specific forms are generated for the patient based on rules set by the office, automating the process and ensuring necessary forms are completed
+ Form data is imported into the software and becomes part of the patient record
+ Easy, simple interface ensures patients can fill out the necessary information quickly and easily

Patient picture
+ If enabled by the office, the patient can take their own photo through the app, which will be used as their patient photo in the software

Treatment Plan Presentation
+ Use QR code scan feature to present Treatment Plans out of the software and have the patient sign their acceptance on-screen
