This online platform tool is engineered to track, monitor and provide a patient’s health condition right after surgery. Each patient will need to be registered in the system in order to receive the surgery-related notification.

This platform notifies patients about important notification and reminder through email and SMS. OnTrack Health provides real-time notification updates through in-app push notification along with email and SMS about patient situations to patient attendees or relatives.
