  Abusive and discriminatory actions by sellers

  This is my second review in under a year apparently Whatnot support does not care as much as they say they do about people special characteristics such as those with disabilities I have been mocked. I have been insulted. I have been harassed bullied, and even not physically threatened, but threatened to be banned or blocked from a stream. I have filed multiple complaints with Whatnot support is best. I know how as a blind person which is extremely limited, the Accessability features on the app are extremely difficult to work with sellers do not label their giveaways. Therefore, I must ask what the giveaway whether it is free or not it is called a reasonable accommodation. I am unable to see due to glaucoma. I have stated this two sellers and what not support they sent me an email saying that it was a accidental blocking and or ban that if I get banned or blocked from one show I can go into any other show I get that but that is not the point the point is people are discriminating against those with disabilities. I have evidence screenshots of it multiple screenshots of it and what not has done nothing to assist. They keep sending me emails which I am struggling to access due to limited knowledge in the phone being blind. I will remain on the app in hopes to make better changes for people who are blind and other disabilities if Whatnot decides to ban me permanently, then it shall be I have done no harm I’ve not been insulting. I have not been ignorant, even when the sellers and people in their chat have been ignorant towards me. I have received comments such as get him a braille board. The show notes are in braille. I should hook you up with Helen Keller. You don’t need a Pokémon card. You need a white cane so if Whatnot Dean is that acceptable, then they’re going against their own policy.

  Do not buy

  The seller can mess up all they want and you only get a certain amount of refunds before they block your account from future help. Don’t buy, it’s not buyer safety, it’s predatory and it ONLY benefits the seller because they can mess up and whatnot will just block you from receiving help
