  Ebay expensive rip off

Need weight variations for different sized items for calculated shipping. Not all items weigh the same. Please lower fees. If you make 20k in sales, you will get 9k or less, after fees and high shipping cost you will be left with less then half of the sales total. Also, being rated on shipping costs is ridiculous, we charge what USPS charges, have the customer rate them, labels are $6-$7 dollars now. Update: we found that we are paying seller fees on the tax amount that is remitted to the government, another rip off. Why are we paying fees on money that isn’t ours? This is illegal practice. Update: allows buyers to rate you on shipping cost, usps raises rates aggressively throughout the year (new 8% fuel surcharge) + (12% increase in less than two months) we charge what they charge and customers are not happy with the constant increases. Please remove the reasonable shipping cost store rating asap.

  Long Time User

Been a user for years, selling/buying. Never really thought of giving eBay a review but dealing with their hassle free money back guarantee for the first time was a breeze. Ebay really sticks to their policy and I respect them for that. Long story short a seller tried going MIA on me after giving me a discount on an item he was selling after I accepted the deal. Of course it took a while until I got my money back due to the seller ignoring every request I’ve sent for a refund. But eBay support came through and fixed everything with its Money Back Guarantee Policy and that itself was granted for a good app review. A bit over $200 refunded, full amount. Thanks eBay.
