  They will scam you.

I spent hours on the phone trying to update a booking through them just to add 1 more night. They told me to call the property, but the property said they can’t make changes, hotels.com has to. I was sent in circles between them for hours. Finally I confirmed that Hotels.com was the only one with the authority to update the booking, but they stated their system “hit an error”, they made me put in a whole separate booking, and charged me. Now it turns out the property can’t do anything to combine the 2 bookings, because hotels.com took so long sending me in circles, so the room for a consecutive 3 nights was gone. Do NOT book through hotels.com, their customer service is polite but useless and the company is a scam.

  Loose your Money!

Hurricane coming and tried to cancel reservation as the town of New Orleans is below sea level and thousands of deaths last one hit! if hits again we wouldn’t have any way out as we are traveling by train. Roami of Duncan Plaza said Hotels.com had to give refund as I booked thru them but Hotels.com said Roami had to give the refund. It’s a revolving scheme. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THE AS YOU MAY LOOSE over $1000!
