I really dislike the new job-filtering/recommendation feature.

I really dislike the new job-filtering/recommendation feature. Indeed seems to be deciding which jobs it thinks I should see instead of simply letting me search the job market myself. I use different resumes for different purposes, so one profile or resume cannot accurately determine every job I may want to apply for. I have literally seen jobs while logged out that fit my qualifications, but those same jobs don’t appear when I’m logged in. This is a problem because it can: • Hide opportunities I may qualify for • Prevent me from exploring different career paths • Make assumptions about what jobs I want • Penalize people who use multiple resumes for different industries • Give users less control over their own job search • Make the job market appear smaller than it actually is • Force users to rely on an algorithm instead of letting them decide for themselves Recommendations are fine as an optional feature, but they should NOT determine what jobs a user is allowed to see. Please give users an option to turn personalized filtering OFF and view a more complete, unfiltered list of search results. Let the job seeker decide what they want to apply for.
