  Process Improvement

  Southwest has been my preferred airline for at least 11 yrs. Since yall went thru whatever overhaul had been downhill ever since. Why is it ok for me to wait 30 minutes to talk with an agent at 10pm to give you my money and when I asked to chg a flight for medical reasons you said no and it would cost an extra $600. Huh? Then I have flown nonstop to Atl from RDU all 11 yrs until now. You know if something ain’t broke don’t try and fix it. Now you have a price tag for everything. I’m sure you have had profits over the years now it’s might be turning into greed. I’m done.

  Check in is BS!

  How is it I’m sitting next to my wife and I check in first and get boarding group 7, then she checks in and gets Boarding group 3? Assigned seats, no early boarding with small children, charging for baggage, go back to your old ways that made you unique and the better option.
