Amortizator

Amortizator is a free amortization calculator.  It has a very simple interface that only requires you to enter the loan amount and interest rate.  It defaults to a 30 year loan, but this can be adjusted from 1 year to 40 years.  

In addition to the full amortization schedule (month, principal and interest), it also provides the monthly payment amount, the total amount you will repay, and the total interest charge the loan will cost you.

An in-app purchase has been added to remove ads, generate a .pdf file of the amortization schedule, and export it to any app installed on your device that supports .pdf files (including email).  It also greatly improves the amortization schedule by adding remaining balance, principle paid to date, and interest paid to date.  Very useful when comparing loans!
