◉About Sleepa Sleepa is an app developed using Apple Watch to accurately understand your sleep status and identify any problems. It was created based on the advice of sleep specialists. Even if you feel like you have a problem with your sleep, there are times when you are actually sleeping well. This is called "sleep false alarm," and the problem is not that you are not sleeping well. First, you need to objectively confirm whether you are really not sleeping well. Sleepa uses Apple Watch to measure your sleep status. Even if you get enough hours of sleep, you may still feel like you haven’t truly rested if the depth—or quality—of your sleep isn’t sufficient. Sleepa measures your sleep by categorizing it into REM sleep, Core sleep, Deep sleep, and Wake. Check your data to see whether you’re getting enough deep sleep. By reviewing your daily sleep data, you’ll begin to notice patterns—what your sleep looks like when you feel well-rested, and what it looks like when you don’t. Understanding your own sleep patterns can help you make meaningful improvements to your sleep quality. Sleepa also comes equipped with a powerful alarm feature. It will ring reliably even in silent or sleep mode, and if you set the snooze feature, the alarm will ring repeatedly for up to 30 minutes until you press the stop button. You can also use your own audio file (.mp3 or .wav format) as the alarm sound. If you want to be sure to wake up in the morning, be sure to use Sleepa's alarm feature. Note: Sleepa requires an Apple Watch. Note: Sleep stages are measured using Apple’s HealthKit. ◉How to Use Sleepa 1. Set an alarm - Sleepa's alarm clock function works just like the iPhone's native clock app, even in focus mode and silent mode. - You can set your own audio file (.mp3 and .wav files supported) as the alarm. - You can select the snooze interval. After the alarm sounds at 8:00, you can set the snooze alarm to ring at set intervals. 2. Track Your Sleep - Wear your Apple Watch when you go to bed. This alone will help you track your sleep. 3. Check Your Sleep Graph - Launch Sleepa and check your sleep graph for the day. This will help you identify any sleep issues you may have. - Even if you're sleeping a long time, you may feel like you're not getting enough sleep if you're not getting enough deep sleep or if your sleep is interrupted frequently. Check your data. 4. Keep a sleep diary. - A sleep diary is a function that objectively records how well you slept that day. - Compare your sleep diary with your measured data. If your sleep diary and actual data are inconsistent, you may be experiencing sleep misperception. ◉Features of Sleepa • Wake-up alarm • Sleep Graph • Sleep Statistics • Sleep Journal • Alert Display ◉Pricing Sleepa offers full access to all features free of charge for the first week after installation.
