The app includes Breath Boot Camp — a 30-day, 8-level structured program — as well as an exercise library with 26+ guided sessions and video demonstrations. Coach integration allows for in-app communication, progress sharing, and daily coaching insights, while smart notifications provide exercise reminders, assessment alerts, and customizable schedules.
