- Timed agendas: Free creates timed agendas; Pro and Premium can extend or truncate items and change the order of the agenda on the fly.
- Create & assign tasks inmeeting: Free assigns to one present person; Premium assigns to multiple and to nonpresent members.
- Due dates & reminders: Set due dates; Premium adds reminder controls.
- Subtasks & priority (Premium): Create main-sub tasks and set task priorities.
- Updates & notifications: Free gets assignment/“due soon” alerts; Premium autonotifies meeting attendees on completion (with email fallback for nonusers).
- Manage tasks: Sort, edit notes; Premium can delegate, reassign, and change due dates or priority.
- Files: Premium attaches files to completed tasks and has full editing access; free users can attach files but can open them readonly.
- Calendar: Free pushes create/reschedule to your device calendar; Premium offers full inapp sync and followup scheduling.
