Seamless Staff Ferry Bookings
Employees can book ferries for their arrivals and departures through the Employee Self-Service Mobile App, with options for standard and urgent bookings. Each request follows the organization’s internal approval workflow to ensure proper authorization and complete accountability.
Visitor Transportation
Organizations can also manage visitor arrivals and departures using the same structured booking and approval process, helping ensure smooth and well-coordinated transport handling.
Digital Boarding & Check-In
Once a booking is approved, the app generates a digital boarding pass with a QR code. Authorized staff can scan this QR code at the jetty to record check-ins instantly, providing accurate and real-time updates.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Both employees and designated administrators can cancel bookings when needed. Transport or Security teams can mark passengers as “no-show” if they do not arrive for a confirmed trip.
Trip Management
The system automatically generates trip manifests containing authorized passenger information. Additional operational details, such as co-mail documents and diesel consumption, can be tracked for each trip to support transparent operations.
Dashboard & Analytics
A comprehensive dashboard provides real-time visibility, including:
•	Scheduled arrivals and departures
•	Today’s confirmed movements
•	Cancelled bookings and no-shows
•	Current in-island and out-of-island counts
Reports & Exports
Flexible reporting tools allow filtering by department, route, boat, and date range. Reports can be exported in PDF or Excel formats for operational review and management decision-making.
