Aircraft Fuel Coach for Pilots helps you plan, track, and time fuel tank usage with less workload and better balance. 

Three integrated tools make flying simpler and more precise:
• Fuel Switch Planner — Calculate the fewest tank switches while keeping fuel imbalance within safe limits.
• Fuel Level Tracker — Monitor live per-tank fuel levels and totalizer; autosaves between sessions.
• Fuel Switch Timer — Know exactly when to switch tanks based on burn rate and plan, with audio alerts.

Works with any airplane with a left and right fuel tank that requires manual switching, and has an accurate digital fuel totalizer:

Instructions:

On the Plan page: Enter the fuel quantity in each tank, making sure it adds up to what your digital fuel totalizer reads. Enter the amount of fuel you plan to use. Enter the maximum fuel imbalance for your plane according to your POH. Push "Compute"

On the Fly page: Make sure the Tank Selector matches your airplane fuel selector. Pause/Play timer as needed. Update GPH fuel flow as needed. Update REM as needed to match your airplane digital fuel totalizer fuel remaining. Update PLN as needed when ATC alters your flight plan and your planned fuel burn to destination changes, enter required fuel to destination here. Push SWITCH when you manually SWITCH your fuel tank in your airplane.
