The app is designed for use by medical providers and healthcare organizations to improve referral efficiency, communication, and patient outcomes.
Any licensed medical practice can request onboarding to start managing referrals digitally through MD Connect.

The app is publicly available for any healthcare provider to sign up.

After Sign-up the super admin review the account and details and approve the PCP.
then PCP receives a mail to change the password after completion of change password they can use this app login
