School Health and Wellness Programme (SHWP) β Training App The School Health and Wellness Programme (SHWP) is a flagship initiative of the Government of India, jointly led by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and the Ministry of Education (MoE). The programme aims to promote the health and well-being of school-going children through structured health education and activity-based learning. The SHWP Training App is a publicly available application designed to support Health and Wellness Ambassadors (HWAs) and Master Trainers in understanding and effectively carrying out their roles. Key Features For Health and Wellness Ambassadors (HWAs): Register and manage your role as an HWA Participate in pre- and post-training assessments Record classroom health and wellness sessions Upload photographs from classroom activities Refer students to public health facilities such as Adolescent Friendly Health Clinics (AFHCs) Access Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials across 11 thematic modules For Master Trainers: Create and manage HWA training sessions Track training progress and classroom activities View summaries of trainings, sessions, and referrals Seamlessly switch roles between HWA and Master Trainer Additional Information The app is publicly accessible and available for use by authorized programme participants An internet connection is required only for login and data synchronization The app does not collect personal user data The app is not linked to any external third-party platforms Users can delete their account directly within the app through the Delete Account option available in the profile/settings section (as shown in the attached screenshots) The SHWP Training App enables HWAs and Master Trainers to efficiently record, track, and monitor health and wellness activities in schools, supporting effective programme implementation nationwide.
