How Beep Works

Custom Check-In Timer: Choose how often the app should check on you.

Quick Response Options: Tap your normal response or your distress response.

Trusted Circle Alerts: If you miss a check-in or send a distress signal, your circle is notified.

Location Sharing (Distress Only): Your location is shared only when you choose the distress option.

Activity Log: View your alert and check-in history.

Shake to Alert (Optional): Trigger a check-in prompt with a shake gesture.
