1. Upload two photos, front and side, standing naturally.
   No special equipment or setup required.

2. Mithrion runs a full Physiological Audit and scores your body 
   across three dimensions:

   Posture Score: how your body positions and carries itself
   Muscle Balance Score: muscular symmetry across your whole structure
   Body Composition Score: structural composition estimate

   Together, these form your Composite Body Score, the single 
   number that tracks your physiological progress over time.

3. Your AI coach delivers your first protocol: a training plan, 
   nutritional guidance, and functional drills, all calibrated 
   to what the audit found in your body.

4. From that point, Mithrion is with you in every session. Your coach 
   tracks what you do, observes what is working, and evolves your 
   protocol continuously. This is not a plan delivered once. It is a 
   live system that adapts as your physiology changes.
