On the latest iPhones and Macs, Apple Intelligence runs entirely on-device to suggest a category, a short title and a one-line summary from the recognised text. You confirm with a tap — or edit it yourself. Nothing about your documents ever leaves your device.

Made for the whole family
Create one stack per family member. Invite your partner, parents or kids to a stack and they can send and receive documents into it in real time. Bought a new dishwasher? Capture the receipt and warranty once, and everyone in the household has it forever.

Warranty radar
Every receipt and warranty is automatically watched for expiry. The dashboard shows what's running out in the next 90 days, and reminders arrive before it's too late to claim.

Built for Apple
StackStore lives natively on iPhone, iPad and Mac with the new Liquid Glass design language. Use widgets on the Home Screen and Lock Screen, open documents from system Spotlight, scan straight from Siri or the Shortcuts app, and pick up where you left off on any of your devices. The Mac version uses real menus, real shortcuts and a real resizable window — no Catalyst tricks.

Your data, your control
Everything syncs through your private iCloud, end-to-end encrypted by Apple. No accounts to create, no third-party servers. Export the full archive to JSON or CSV any time, or print a polished PDF insurance report when you need to file a claim.

Lock it down
Optional Face ID, Touch ID or Optic ID unlock keeps prying eyes out, even if your device is left unlocked.

Get started for free with one stack and up to 25 documents. Everything you need to try the experience. Unlock StackStore Pro once to remove the limit and turn on:

Privacy first
