Nebero ERP

Nebero ERP is a mobile application developed by Nebero Systems Private Limited for users using Odoo ERP together with the Nebero HRMS module.

The app is designed for authorized users of client organizations and works as a mobile client for attendance and related HRMS activities. It allows users to connect securely to their organization’s ERP environment, mark attendance remotely, and view previous attendance records, subject to the configuration and permissions set by the organization.

How it works:
Nebero ERP is not a public sign-up application. Access is provided only to users authorized by the organization using the connected Odoo ERP and Nebero HRMS module. The app uses a QR code-based mechanism for login and configuration. No direct manual login is available inside the app.

Permissions used:
* Camera: used only for scanning the QR code required for login and configuration
* Location: Location access is used only for obtaining the current location of the user when attendance-related actions are performed, as configured by the organization. Background location access may also be used to support attendance marking and related attendance tracking features, even when the app is running in the background.

Data handling:
The app sends required information, including attendance-related data and geolocation, to the connected ERP environment. No business data is stored locally in the application. User creation, access control, activation, and deactivation are managed by the organization through the Odoo administrative interface.

Deployment:
The connected Odoo ERP environment may be hosted on cloud infrastructure or deployed on-premises, depending on the preference and implementation of the end client organization.
