Enable auto-activate and Tostato will start a session as soon as your Mac is plugged in, and pause automatically when you unplug. No manual toggling needed.

Tostato is a menu bar app — no Dock icon, no windows cluttering your desktop. Tap the menu bar icon to open the popover, adjust your settings, and get back to work.
