Use Material Guardian for: - job-based receiving workflows - material-level inspection records - local photos, scans, and signatures - PDF and ZIP export packets - individual and business subscription access The current release keeps jobs, reports, photos, scans, signatures, and export packets on the device unless the user chooses to share or export them. Account access, organization membership, seat assignment, and App Store subscription status are backed by the Material Guardian service.
