YOUR PERSONALIZED TARGETS
Every plan starts with your athlete profile: body weight, sport, training level, and sweat rate. From this, the app calculates your exact hourly targets: grams of carbohydrate per hour, milliliters of fluid per hour, milligrams of sodium per hour. Specific numbers, not ranges pulled from a generic table.

YOUR RACE SCHEDULE
The app turns your targets into a time-stamped fueling schedule. Bike at 49 minutes: Drink Mix 320, 80g carbs. Bike at 64 minutes: hydration stop. Every stop planned, every product specified, every segment from transition one through the run leg.
