Heavy Duty 35 is a focused resistance-training planner and timer built around complete full-body sessions that finish in 35 minutes. Every workout covers seven movement groups: quads and glutes, hamstrings and glutes, chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders and upper back, calves, and core. THE TWO-SET METHOD • Set 1: Train with a moderate-heavy load and stop with 2–3 reps in reserve. • Rest 30 seconds. • Set 2: Perform clean reps to technical failure. • Rest 10 seconds, then complete 1–3 final rest-pause reps. • Transition to the next muscle group.
