Mobile Store Images allows you take images from your photo library and resize them for use in setting up your app's metadata.  You don't even have to enter the resized dimensions, there is a drop-down list to select common sizes.  However, you can manually enter the dimensions if you choose.  Once the image is resized it can be shared with Photos or other apps.
