Bill & Quantities LT

Bill & Quantities LT is a Cocoa application for macOS that allows you to quickly and easily create Bills of Quantities or Price Analyses starting from price lists in plain text, which the application can convert into its own native format.

Bill & Quantities LT installs with a library containing price lists, RTF templates, the user manual, and sample documents. Its use is broad, but always focused on estimating construction or renovation costs, producing valuations, and preparing professional cost analyses.

In the PLUS version, both the final document and each price list can be exported in RTF using customizable templates. The resulting documents are perfectly formatted and ready to print, but can also be further edited in any word processor that supports RTF.

The application creates documents made up of command lines that define the items required to compile a Bill of Quantities or a Price Analysis, formatted to the end user’s needs. These lines are added easily through a simple dialog box with selectable options.

Usage is straightforward, and the generated documents are highly customizable thanks to the standard Rich Text Format, which is widely supported by word processors. Price lists can be created directly by the user, starting from simple text files formatted according to the import rules.
