Kalco is a field and project management app for teams and installers. • End users: View your projects and progress, raise and track complaints, and get notifications. • Installers: Punch in/out for attendance at project sites, complete site surveys and forms (PHR/CHR), manage assigned projects and installation sites, and handle complaints. • Managers (CRM): Dashboard, leads, team and dealer management, people directory (architects, builders, consultants), and project tracking. Location is used only to verify attendance at sites and to link surveys and complaints to the correct location. You can request account deletion from Profile at any time.
