Month2Month Host

M2M Host is the field service app for Month2Month maintenance
  vendors. It puts your daily work orders, on-site check-in, and
  inspection workflow on your phone so you can spend less time
  shuffling paperwork and more time on the property.

  WHAT YOU CAN DO
  • See every work order assigned to you, organized by Scheduled,
    Future, and Done. Search and filter by address, status, or
    assignee.
  • Check in to a job with one tap. GPS confirms you're at the
    property address before the timer starts, so your time on
    site is logged accurately.
  • Pause the timer when you step away. Resume when you're back.
    Submit when the inspection is done.
  • Run inspections from a checklist tailored to the work order
    type — note issues, attach photos, and leave comments per
    item.
  • See property context inline — leave prompts, wifi passwords,
    notes, and arrival details — without leaving the app.
  • Dark mode supported throughout, with a true-black OLED palette
    for low-light work.

  M2M Host is invitation-only for vendors who service properties
  managed by Month2Month. If you're not currently a vendor partner,
  contact your Month2Month operations team to get started.

  PRIVACY
  Location is used only while you're actively viewing a work order,
  solely to confirm you're at the property address. We never track
  your location off-shift or in the background.
