SampleStack is the sample manager for the whole studio. 

Keep one organized library on your Mac and send the right samples to every device in your rig. SampleStack handles the format, the folder structure, and the rules for each device, so your samples just load.

Build multisample instruments
Drop in one-shots and SampleStack detects their pitch and maps them across the keyboard. Stack velocity layers, tune zones, shape the amp envelope, and audition everything from your MIDI keyboard or computer keys. Export to SFZ, SoundFont 2, Decent Sampler (with artwork and controls), Ableton Sampler, and disting EX and NT. You can also send a multisample straight into a SampleStack collection with no round-trip.

Built for hardware
Validate any sample against 30+ supported modules and standalone samplers, including Make Noise Morphagene, Elektron Octatrack and Digitakt, ALM Squid Salmple, 1010music Blackbox, Expert Sleepers disting EX and NT, Akai MPC, Qu-Bit Nebulae, and Instruō Lubadh and Arbhar. SampleStack tells you what's compatible, converts what isn't, and exports to SD with the exact layout each device needs.

A proper sample editor
Non-destructive fades, crop, cut, and split. Splice markers and automatic transient detection. Pitch and loudness analysis. Tags, ratings, BPM, key, and notes, with relationship tracking that shows where each sample came from and where it ended up.

Fast and native
A modern, sandboxed SwiftUI app with disk-cached waveforms, background analysis, drag and drop throughout, and full Light and Dark mode support. No subscription and no cloud account. Your library stays on your Mac.
