Rekory is an all-in-one Human Resource Management (HRM) platform designed to simplify workforce management for modern organizations. From attendance data to employee management and performance monitoring, Rekory helps businesses streamline HR operations efficiently and securely.

It enables organizations to manage employee profiles, roles, and organizational structure with centralized records and seamless onboarding. The platform offers smart attendance and time tracking with geo-fencing based verification and real-time insights to ensure accurate and reliable attendance management.

Rekory may collect location data when enabled by the organization to verify employee attendance and support employee safety during active work sessions. Location tracking is initiated only when a user explicitly starts a session using the Swipe In feature and is used to provide visibility for employees working in field or high-risk environments.

The app may continue to access location in the background during an active session to ensure accurate tracking and safety support. Location tracking stops immediately when the user ends the session by tapping Swipe Out. Rekory does not track location outside active work sessions.

It also supports leave management, attendance reporting, and workforce analytics to help teams stay organized and productive. Additionally, Rekory helps track employee performance, maintain HR records securely, and improve overall organizational efficiency.

We prioritize data protection and user privacy through secure authentication, encrypted data transmission, role-based access controls, and organisation-controlled data visibility. Rekory does not sell or share user data with third parties.
