Each run is created by selecting three key elements: • Run length 30, 60, or 90 days • Daily goals • Miss limit Your run length defines how long you will commit. Your goals define what must be completed each day. Your miss limit defines how many days you can miss before your run ends. Each day, you must complete all selected goals. Once your goals are completed, your daily check-in is unlocked, allowing you to mark the day as complete. If you do not complete your goals, the day is counted as missed. Missed days are tracked throughout your run. If your total missed days exceed the limit you selected, your run will end. Once a run ends, it is locked, cannot be resumed, and cannot be restarted. There are no resets during an active run. Each run is a continuous record of your consistency. If you complete all days within your run without exceeding your miss limit, your run is marked as complete. You will receive a completion certificate that can be saved or shared. After completing or ending a run, you may start a new run at any time.
