Once approved, the quotation is converted into a sales order and the project begins. Teams can create tasks, assign workers, and upload designs, drawings, and documents into organized project folders. Both team members and customers can collaborate by adding files anytime. The app also manages materials efficiently through a Bill of Materials (BOM). Purchase orders can be generated for vendors, and material dispatch is tracked within the system.
