JAPA Portal

JAPA Portal App is the official iOS companion app for members of the Jordanian American Physicians Association (JAPA). The app mirrors the member-facing features of the JAPA Portal so you can manage your membership from your iPhone or iPad.

What you can do as a member:
- Sign in with your existing JAPA portal credentials and stay signed in across sessions.
- View your dashboard with a snapshot of your membership status and recent activity.
- Apply for, renew, or upgrade your membership.
- Browse JAPA programs, FAQs, and instructions.
- See your scheduled interviews and your full payment history.
- Participate in the JAPA member forum (single sign-on with your portal account).
- Reach the JAPA Support team via in-app support chat.
- View your member badges and recognitions.
- Edit your profile and change your password from Settings.
- Receive deep-link notifications that take you directly to the right screen.

Privacy and your data:
All data is encrypted in transit between the app and the JAPA Portal API. JAPA Mobile contains no ads and no third-party tracking SDKs. We do not collect advertising identifiers and we do not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt because no tracking occurs. Membership renewals and other real-world association services are processed by Stripe — JAPA Portal never stores your payment card on the device.

You can request account deletion at any time from Settings > Security; the JAPA admin team reviews requests within 30 days. Account deletion is also available on the web at https://portal.japhysicians.org/privacy-policy#account-deletion.
