Three things every day
Three things every day. That's the whole app. Walk 10,000 steps. Get a workout in (anything counts). Sleep 7 hours. Open HTFA, see your three goals, check them off manually or have Apple Health integration do it at the end of the day. I built this because every habit tracker I tried was trying to be everything. Endless lists, dashboards full of stats, streak shame. I just wanted to be reminded it does not take much to have a good day. WHAT YOU GET • Three goals, every day. Steps, workout, sleep. • A calendar that fills in as you go. Each day gets a dot, brighter for stronger days. • Apple Health does the work if you want. If you hit your steps, log a workout, or sleep enough, the app checks the box for you at the end of the day. • A daily note field. Write a sentence about your day if you want. Stays on your phone. • A score out of three, every day. That's the only metric. WHAT YOU DON'T GET • No streaks that punish you for one bad day. • No notifications begging you to come back. • No account, no signup, no cloud, no ads, no tracking. This is for people who already know what to do. You don't need an app to tell you that walking, moving, and sleeping are good for you. You just need a small calm place to keep score.
