PRIVACY AND CONTROL

You own your data. From the Profile tab, you can permanently delete your account at any time — this removes your personal information from our records and signs you out. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

FOR SUPPORT STAFF

PF Desk also includes a separate Staff Portal for support agents and administrators who handle customer tickets on the back end. Staff accounts are managed by the organization's administrator and are not publicly registrable.

SECURITY

All communication with our servers uses HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. The account-deletion flow requires re-entering your password to prevent accidental deletion of your account.
