For teams that use Threadhall, the app supports: - Ticket queues with conversation history, assignments, priority, status changes, attachments, and time tracking - Request workflows for equipment, facilities, employee changes, and student changes - Asset and people records designed for quick lookup while working around campus - Knowledge, license, report, notification, and operations modules from one signed-in workspace - Dashboard and widget snapshots for the tenant information your organization makes available - Local Threadhall accounts and Microsoft Entra SSO when enabled by your organization The iPad and native Mac experience adds a sidebar workspace, keyboard-friendly navigation, wider ticket layouts, and side-by-side ticket review so dispatch, IT, and facilities staff can move through queues with less switching between screens.
