ShotLume is a simple, native menu bar utility designed to add two specific, highly requested features to the standard macOS screenshot experience. It is not designed to be a complex image editor. Instead, ShotLume focuses on doing exactly two things perfectly: 1. Automatic Clipboard Copying & Saving. By default, macOS either saves your screenshot to your desktop OR copies it to your clipboard (requiring you to memorize different keyboard shortcuts). ShotLume allows you to do both simultaneously. With a single hotkey, your screenshot is saved to your chosen folder (like iCloud or your Desktop) AND instantly copied to your clipboard so you can immediately paste it into a message or document. 2. Technical Formatting (1280x800) If you write technical documentation or create tutorials, you need your screenshots to be uniformly sized. ShotLume includes a "Tech Doc Formatting" toggle. When active, any capture you take is automatically composited onto a standardized 1280x800 canvas. Additional Features: - Zero Telemetry: 100% private. We do not track you, and we do not collect your data. - Global Hotkeys: Uses preemptive global bindings (Control+Option+Command+3/4/5) to completely avoid overlapping with native macOS shortcuts. - Native Menu Bar Interface: Sits quietly in your menu bar until you need it.
