Hardware Studio is a local-first Mac workspace for hardware bring-up and capture workflows. It helps operators inspect connected cameras, microphones, audio outputs, serial devices, mobile nodes, and signal-stack build records from one native interface.
The app supports permission setup, default device selection, local HTTPS streaming, virtual camera feed control, signal-stack inventory records, capture profiles, calibration notes, and lab evidence relay records. Captured camera, microphone, serial, and node telemetry data stays on the Mac unless the operator explicitly enables local streaming or forwards records to their own lab bridge.
The App Store build hides privileged virtual-audio driver installation. Direct-distribution builds can carry additional lab-only driver tooling outside the Mac App Store channel.
