WHY NOT A DEDICATED FRAME Dedicated digital-frame calendars charge $160 to $600 for the hardware, plus an annual subscription. They're frozen single-purpose devices that sacrifice counter space forever. The iPad you already own does the same job for $0 of new hardware and $20 of stand. And it's still an iPad — pick it up, watch a recipe, video-call grandma, hand it to a kid for homework, then drop it back in the stand. No login on the iPad. No subscription. No new device on your counter. HOW IT WORKS You install the One Little City iPhone app first (free, in the App Store). That's where you add your kids, connect your Google Calendar, invite your co-parent, and forward school emails. Then you install One Little City Display on the iPad. Open it, get a 6-character pairing code, type the code into the iPhone app. The display is now your family calendar. Setup takes about 30 seconds. WHAT YOU GET ON THE DISPLAY • THE WEEK.
