SplatTour turns a simple phone video into a fluid, photorealistic 3D tour of any property — no special camera, no tripod, no 360 rig.

Walk through a home recording with your phone and SplatTour reconstructs the space using Gaussian Splatting 3D. The result is a smooth, navigable virtual tour you can share with a link or embed on your website — perfect for real-estate agents, brokers and owners who want their listings to stand out.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the app and start a new tour.
2. Follow the on-screen capture guide — an animated path shows exactly how to move the phone through each room. The camera sets itself up (wide angle, vertical).
3. Record the general walkthrough and one short clip per room.
4. Upload — we reconstruct the 3D space in the cloud and notify you when it's ready.
