Poor Review System, Tech Support Contact Unavailable
Most of the good business have lower reviews like 3 stars and worse. Because they have low traffic. Especially attracting dissatisfied customers to leave reviews, not prompting to all customers, very biased. Their review systems give older malicious review recommendations but new good reviews with details and pics are not counted. It allows the platform become customer speak only, even they post the owner’s full name malicious trying to ruin their reputation, they allows that post there. The customer service team only know answer they don’t have IT support team for the review algorithm’s contact. Ruining business owners future, terrible job.

Not very welcoming.
Not trying to use the race card, but it wasn’t welcoming. Can’t tell if it because i was by myself or because i’m African. I couldn’t really asked question about the food because of how standoff ish they presented, it could be my own bias. I didn’t like what i ordered because i had no clue because this cuisine is new to me. Other people seem to be having a good time but was a let down for me, mostly also because i had saved this spot on my guides for a while and was excited to try it, even gave them the benefit and tried the second location and that one was even worse.
