  Terrible Customer Service.

  I’ve been a loyal customer for years but today was my last straw. I was gifted a new bodysuit that literally came apart at the seams. I called customer service (I have pictures of it). They told me I could go to an in-store. Talk to the associates. Tell them what happened and they would either get me a replacement, or they would return it and give me some in-store credit. I drove two hours to an Abercrombie just for them to tell me that that’s not possible. I called customer service back and they told me there was no way to verify the purchase therefore, there’s nothing that they could do. There was no way for me to leave a review on the item either to warn other people so they don’t spend money on it. There’s no way for me to leave a complaint about the quality. No way to complain about the business in general. Terrible business model, terrible quality, terrible customer. sadly they have lost a valuable customer.

  Needs a navigation bar

  Easy to shop, purchase, find order information. Great overall design. Lacks a navigation bar so the user needs to hit “back” multiple times to get to main page. Sometimes pop ups you can’t close hover over the nav bar preventing easy navigation.
