  My favorite App. I rely on it daily. Love it.

  A friend told me about this app several years ago and since that time I have become a power user. I rely on this app daily for all my book reviews, for both reading and writing reviews on them. I like that I can tract my reads (my memory is horrible) and especially like setting my annual goal. I enjoy seeing what my friends are reading and sharing recommendations. I have entered several giveaways (wish there were more). I get book emails daily from bookbub and as soon as I receive that email I jump on goodreads for reviews. My reading list is so long I don't think I'll ever get there, but I'm giving it a good go!

  I beg of you NO ADS

  I love the UI UX updates font changes etc but PLEASE for the love of god do NOT continue putting ads in Goodreads after every other book post. Please. i just want to be able to keep track of my books and see what my friends are reading without being inundated with Amazon ads selling Barbie dolls (???what kind of targeting algorithm is this) and god knows what. PLEASE. Amazon you are so wealthy as it is. Please make the ads go away. Gonna start looking to alternate apps like Storygraph or fable and make my friends join lol
