can’t log in
i literally can not log in. i’ve used this app before and since it’s been awhile it logged me out. i tried to log back in with my information and it won’t let me at all. i’ve already asked for help with no response yet. when i did the “forgot login” and took me to input my email i never received an email. tried it yesterday and nothing all night or all day today. tried it again today and nothing email to be found at all. incredibly disappointing

Unbelievable how buggy this app is and how incompetent Delta’s IT team is. I’ve never used any app made by a large company that’s as bad as this. This app or even the delta website constantly throws errors and bugs at you. I’ve also encountered errors due to their IT system and resulted in me losing some miles, and delta refused to award those miles back to me. Says a lot about the company…
