  Poor Customer Service

  Good events, extremely disappointing customer service. We genuinely enjoy Fever’s events, but we recently missed one because of an unexpected illness. I understood that a refund might not be possible, so I asked whether our ticket value could be transferred to another date, applied toward a future event, converted to a voucher, or even partially recognized with a future discount. Fever refused every option. I even asked for a supervisor or customer experience manager to review the situation, explaining that we wanted to remain customers. After another review, they still declined any credit, transfer, voucher, or goodwill accommodation. The events themselves can be excellent, but customers should know that if something unexpected happens, Fever appears to offer almost no flexibility once tickets are purchased.

  It’s 2026

  The app is fine but there is no reason why people can’t get cash refunds for canceling tickets. It’s 2026, if a apps like Fandango that provided a similar service, there is no reason why this app can’t. I honestly didn’t try the customer service route because it shouldn’t be a policy “you can’t get a refund if you don’t ask”. Canceling tickets and only getting a voucher (meaning the event people are not getting anything, just the app) shouldn’t be a thing.
