  I purchased Morgan Wallen concert tickets during the presale, paying a premium price specifically to secure aisle seats. Following my purchase, I received an email explicitly confirming that my tickets would be for aisle seats. However, just one day before the concert, I discovered that the tickets provided were not aisle seats, but rather the two seats immediately next to the aisle seats I had purchased and paid for. I immediately contacted SeatGeek to address the discrepancy and was assured by multiple representatives that the issue would be covered under their Buyer Guarantee. Unfortunately, what followed was an extremely frustrating experience involving repeated broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I was repeatedly told that the matter was being addressed and that someone would contact me with a resolution, often within 15 minutes. Despite these assurances, no one followed up. I made multiple calls in an effort to resolve the issue before the concert, only to receive the same reassurances without any meaningful action. As the event approached, we were placed in an unfair position. Having spent more than $900 on tickets, we felt compelled to attend the concert despite not receiving the seats we had purchased. We were concerned that choosing not to attend could result in losing the entire amount, particularly given SeatGeek’s failure to provide a resolution or clear guidance before the event. Following the concert, I continued contacting SeatGeek in an effort to reach a fair resolution. However, the company’s demeanor and approach changed significantly. Rather than acknowledging its failure to deliver the seats that were purchased and confirmed, representatives began deflecting responsibility and shifting the blame onto me. Although SeatGeek eventually offered a voucher, the amount was inadequate considering the premium price paid for the tickets, the failure to honor the original purchase, the numerous hours spent attempting to resolve the issue, and the unnecessary frustration caused by repeated failures to follow through on promised callbacks. What makes this situation particularly disappointing is that SeatGeek initially acknowledged the discrepancy and assured me that I was protected under its Buyer Guarantee. However, when it came time to honor those assurances, the company repeatedly deflected responsibility and ultimately refused to provide what I consider a fair and reasonable resolution.
