Mobile Condition Assesment

Aims to capture the condition of technical installations during a visual inspection, based on the NEN 2767 norm, and define the urgency of required actions.
Key capabilities
* Capture condition of technical installations in a building during a visual inspection with NEN-2767 standard
* Assignment of specific inspection lists to different inspectors
* Offline capability allowing inspectors to work on-site without worrying about network connectivity (and synchronize data when data connectivity is available)
* Progress tracker for each inspection list
* Record deficiencies of an installation with a deficiency type, coverage and intensity along with pictures and voice notes.
* Detailed report generation after each inspection (Maintenance objects inspected, number of deficiencies with documents and voice notes)
