BODIES online coaching is a completely bespoke service, tailored to individual needs and starting levels.All features in the app are designed to lay out a clear and empowering pathway to educate and inspire the first 4 - 6 months of your journey for long-term and sustainable habit upgrades.

Training programmes are available for the home or gym setting and you'll be provided with a suite of challenging, yet achievable sessions, that focus on progression over the weeks and months. Stay accountable with virtual community challenges and feel supported by like-minded women everywhere.
