12. Ask a staff member to complete the move-out inspection and carefully document potential damage that may justify deductions from the deposit.
13. The move-out condition report flags newly recorded issues, making it easier to identify anything that goes beyond normal wear and tear.
14. Run internal audits between tenancies as part of your make-ready process, or skip this step and use the next move-in inspection as the new baseline.
